Welcome to our new website! My name is Nolan Johnson. I grew up in Mt. Shasta, spending most of my time playing sports such as baseball and basketball. I attended Mt. Shasta High School and participated in both baseball and basketball all four years. After graduating from Mt Shasta High School in 2019, I attended college where I continued baseball for my freshman year. After the pandemic I decided to continue my college education online. As I neared the completion of my degree, I began to miss home and the access to the outdoors that Mt. Shasta provided. I also began speaking to my dad about the business and became interested in insurance. In 2023 I moved back home to Mt. Shasta and began working for my dad here at Rich Toreson Insurance. Upon coming home and working at the office I began my licensing requirements and prepared for the test. Now, I have my Property and Casualty license and look forward to working with clients and learning from my dad. Outside of the office I enjoy the outdoors. Primarily hunting and fishing. I am always waiting for the upcoming archery seasons and upland bird seasons when I can take my dog Bruin out. When not hunting or fishing I look for other reasons to get outside. One way by getting into coaching at MSHS with the JV baseball team.
